1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE CAS number is 76205-19-1, an important intermediate for the synthesis of pyraclostrobin, and also an important intermediate for other fungicides and herbicides. , has a wide range of applications in medicine and pesticides. 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE is mainly prepared by reacting p-chlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride with a base, sodium alkoxide and acrylate to obtain an intermediate pyrazolone and adding sulfuric acid to the pyrazolone and potassium persulfate or through other processes. The 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE obtained by the above method often has the problem of excessive impurities, and the main impurities are: (1) There is unreacted 4-Chlorophenylhydrazine in the production of pyrazolone. (2) Pyrazolone is not completely reacted during pyrazolone oxidation. (3) Small amounts of isomers that are not converted to the target product 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE CAS 76205-19-1 due to oxidation reaction temperature, time, pH, and the like. In order to ensure the quality of the product, it must be further refined. The refining process is divided into three steps, as follows:
1) Alkaline hydrolysis: Toluene, water, potassium hydroxide, and 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-pyrazol are sequentially added to the reaction vessel, followed by warming and stirring to give 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE potassium salt;
2) Oxidation and decolorization: Oxygen gas is introduced and the mixture is allowed to stand for stratification. The mobile phase is 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE potassium salt solution,pour into decolorization reactor, and the impurities are left in the organic phase and then enter the degumming reactor to remove the solvent toluene; adding activated carbon to the 1-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-3-HYDROXY-1H-PYRAZOLE potassium salt solution in the decolorizing reactor, heating and stirring to complete the decoloration reaction;
